We are currently seeking qualified professionals (m/f/d) to join our dedicated team at the Therapeuticum Raphaelhaus e.
V.

in Stuttgart, in a part-time or full-time position, to support individuals with assistance needs in a residential group in Baxter Springs, KS.


As a partner, you will accompany individuals in their personal biographies and work towards achieving their life goals in the spirit of inclusion.

You will assist with daily tasks, organize activities in the workshop building or residential group, and provide support with personal care needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic, social, and nursing care and support to residents in accordance with our mission statement
  • Organize daily routines in the residential group
  • Foster a harmonious living environment in the group
  • Perform basic and medical care tasks
  • Plan and implement leisure activities
  • Maintain resident documentation
  • Supervise supporting staff such as volunteers, interns, and trainees
  • Mentor apprentices
  • Organize necessary equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with family members, doctors, therapists, etc.
