YOU & YOUR TEAM

As CFO, you will be responsible for our back office teams and act as a business partner for the management in terms of the company's strategic positioning and expansion into new target markets.

We are looking for you for the following tasks:

Overall responsibility for finance in the executive team
Operational management and strategic development of financial management
Implementation and optimization of processes and systems, especially in accounting, controlling, and forecasting
Identification and proactive management of risks
Collaboration with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
Professional and disciplinary management of the finance, HR, and business services departments, including legal
Advising the management on investment decisions
Internal and external representation of the company as CFO
Support for the planned expansion within Europe.
