We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Development Trainer who will train our employees in the tools used by ELA.

Your job includes:

Organizing and conducting user trainings, both in person and online
Supporting the development of suitable training concepts, e.g. for the introduction of new IT applications
Setting up training scenarios in the various test environments of our company applications (ERP/DMS/apps)
Creating and maintaining training materials and knowledge entries in collaboration with our departments (e.g. digital manuals and handouts, elearnings, recording learning videos, etc.)
