Recovery Plus is dedicated to the mission of making cardiac health available to everyone who needs it. We are an ambitious and fast growing business currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to help us achieve our goals.

This role will work out of our clinic on 58th street in Manhattan, providing cardiac rehab sessions and CPET testing.

The person in this position will be a key member of the management team, and assist with the growth and development of the practice.

Responsibilities:

Advance the Recovery Plus mission to make cardiac rehab more accessible
Develop and oversee cardiac rehab sessions
Conduct CPET testing, evaluate results
Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs for safety and progress
Document and chart patient conditions and report on changes in health
Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the care team
