THE TEAM

As one of Wisconsin's most celebrated boutique properties, The Delafield Hotel is an enchanting host for weddings, business meetings and romantic getaways.

It delivers the seclusion that a downtown metropolis hotel can't and a classic appeal that a national chain won't.


THE PLAYER
You will ensure the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public spaces. You will routinely interact with guests and will need to have a positive attitude and demeanor. You play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.


EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
• Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day
• Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible

Requirements:


YOU WILL BE GREAT AT THE DELAFIELD HOTEL IF

• You have a High school diploma or equivalent
• You have previous housekeeping and customer service experience
• You have strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• You are able to frequently stand use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
• You are able to walk frequently
• You are able to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell frequently
• You are able to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
