Description
Performs routine manual work; does related work as required- Requires physical endurance and willingness to perform physical activity.
- Examples of Workcuts grass, lawn and grounds maintenance, minor building repairs, loads and unloads trucks, cleans trucks shovel dirt for backfill, snow removal with shovel and/or snowblower, minor carpentry activities, cleaning buildings, moving and stacking boxes.
- Required knowledge and skillsphysical activity, willingness to work under all weather conditions, ability to lift heavy boxes, equipment.
- Experience in building maintenance is preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
