This role is designed for a sharp, high-EQ operator to lead strategic planning and drive business-critical initiatives across Uber's rapidly growing global footprint.The Strategy & Planning Lead will act as the quarterback of the planning process-turning complex challenges into actionable roadmaps, shaping growth priorities, and helping us allocate capital where it matters most.
This role requires a unique blend of deep analytical chops and the ability to influence global execution.
- Lead Strategic Planning: Own the annual and quarterly planning cycles for Global Delivery.
- Cross-Portfolio Delivery Strategy: Develop a cohesive strategy that bridges various delivery segments.
