Our "Housing Services" department offers a wide range of technical and craftsmanship services to our customers, including repairs, new construction, and renovations.

We are currently seeking an experienced floor layer (m/f/d) to join our Gegenbauer Housing Services team in Berlin.

If you are a motivated team player with a passion for installing flooring, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our customers on-site and ensure that our residential properties maintain a high standard of quality.


What you can expect:


  • Proper installation of flooring, including CV flooring, design flooring, linoleum, carpet, sisal, coconut, and prefinished parquet
  • Completion of interior construction work according to given plans and instructions
  • Modernization and renovation of apartments to achieve a contemporary standard
  • Accurate measurements and documentation
  • Direct customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Completed apprenticeship or work experience as a floor layer (m/f/d)

  • Class B driver's license
