What you'll do:

Greet and assist customers with a warm smile and cando attitude.
Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages like a pro.
Handle payments with confidence, accepting credit cards, checks, and online approvals.
Be a problem solver, resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting any hiccups.
Keep the paperwork flowing smoothly, organizing details, books, and spare keys.
Support our sales team by managing keys, inventory, and retail delivery registrations.
Help ensure a seamless transition for phone and internet customers.
Take on other administrative tasks as needed, because flexibility is key

What you bring:

Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for multitasking.
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word software (you're basically a spreadsheet Jedi).
The ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to make a difference.
