Your tasks:

  • Management and support of the customer service team in daily operations
  • Organization of daily operations while ensuring and optimizing service quality, customer orientation, and productivity
  • Support and development of responsible employees in projects
  • Assistance in project preparation and followup (e.g. close cooperation with clients, process and system improvements
