We have an immediate opportunity for a full time Medical Front Desk Receptionist in the area of
Fairfax, VA. If you have _excellent customer service and communication skills, with Medical Receptionist and/or general front office experience, you could be a great fit for this opportunity_
_

  • The Front Desk Receptionist should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful._

What you'll be doing -_

  • Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Data entry of patient information
  • Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy
  • Collect copays, coinsurances and any other payments due from the patients
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area
  • Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed

What you'll need -_

  • Be able available _
    Monday
  • Thursday, two shifts 7 AM 3 PM, two shifts Noon 8 PM and Fridays 10 AM 6 PM. _(40 Hours per week)_
- _Be a great multi-tasker and be computer savvy._
- _- 2 years of consistent Medical Receptionist/Font Desk experience is needed. Training will also be provided, just bring motivation and enthusiasm, with a willingness to learn._
- _Be able to give your guests and patients a friendly and comfortable first impression that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits._
- _Need to own a personal vehicle to get to the office on time._
- _Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times._
- _Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required._
