Your Responsibilities:


As a daycare companion (m/f/d), you provide practical assistance in organizing the daily routine at the daycare center. You support a child with ADHD in communicating with educators and other children, and help them develop independence.

You assist with integrating the child into the group, take on supportive tasks, and accompany them during playful activities. Our focus is on providing individual and needs-based support in the children's daily lives.

The main tasks of this role include:

  • Accompanying a 5-year-old child according to their needs and preferences
  • Facilitating education and participation
  • Encouraging selfsufficiency
  • Maintaining close communication with families and partners
  • Daily documentation with biannual reporting and participation in care plan meetings
  • Utilizing company platforms (Microsoft Office, Personio)

Your Profile:

No pedagogical training is required for this position as a daycare companion.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately and has the following profile:


  • Can work approximately 25 hours per week, 5 days a week?
  • Enjoys working with children?
  • Has a high level of empathy, flexibility, patience, and resilience?
  • Is cooperative and able to work independently?
  • Identifies with the values and goals of interaktiv?
