- Our department "Client Management" consists of 30 employees who are responsible for various tasks from admission to discharge, including application processing, deadline monitoring, billing, and debt management for the areas of youth welfare, integration assistance, senior care, and our workshop for people with disabilities.
We are currently looking for a
part-time (50% - 75%) administrative assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on billing for full nursing services at our location in Gangelt.
Your responsibilities with us:
- Independent billing for a full nursing facility
- Implementation of social welfare, nursing home allowance, and nursing care insurance decisions
- Processing of cases from admission to discharge
- Possible support for family members with application processing
- Debt management and debtor reconciliation
- Checking master and movement data in our billing system
- Correspondence with external partners, authorities, and funding agencies
- General administrative tasks and archiving of documents
Good to know - Your working hours with us:
Flexible working hours between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

- Completed commercial training
- Experience with billing for a full nursing facility
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style
