- Support the daily sales operations in all facets of the sale.
- Learn our products and the competition's products and be able to discuss strengths and weaknesses with customers.
- Work with contractors and vendors to provide timely and accurate quotes.
- Work with contractors, vendors, and warehouse personnel to coordinate orders and repairs.
- Work with the sales team and vendors to secure new and existing business.
- Make sure internal paperwork is performed accurately and timely.
- Make sure customer invoices are accurate and billed on time.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment and enthusiasm to learn and service the customer.
- Ability to work with others and have a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Proficient math skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous window and door experience.
- In-person sales experience.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and do a window takeoff from a plan.
- Knowledge and familiarity with reading specs.
- Experience with window and door manufacturer quoting programs.
- Experience with PlanSwift software.
