Butcher's Assistant (M/F)

Your mission:

Reporting to the head of the butcher department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cutting and preparing meat products
  • Setting up a traditional counter
  • Advising, serving, and selling to customers at the counter
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the butcher's area and storage room
  • Ensuring product quality in compliance with HACCP standards
  • Managing a team of approximately 10 people: planning tasks, managing schedules
