Description

The Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of real estate, including its equipment, rental, and operation.

It is also responsible for organizing and conducting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them.

Our technical facility management department operates all technical systems, such as electrical systems, HVAC systems, and building automation systems, including their associated building management technology.

This includes tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, as well as managing external service providers, experts, and planners.

Full-time Your Responsibilities You are responsible for commissioning building automation systems You are in charge of visualization, modernization, and maintenance of our ProGrafNT building management technology You independently carry out system integration of BACnet objects and perform 1:1 tests You manage interfaces to BACnet, MQTT, etc.

You maintain documentation in the field of HVAC in the Facility Management System Your Profile Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification, and preferably additional training as a state-certified electrical engineer, master craftsman, or a completed university degree You have good experience with ProGrafNT building management technology You also have good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and building services You are eager to learn and enjoy further education Your profile is characterized by independent, structured
