    Assisting individuals with daily activities, from getting in and out of bed to personal care
    - Creating a clean and comfortable environment by handling tasks like laundry and light housekeeping
    - Documenting care and discussing observations with supervisors to ensure the best possible support for clients
    - Building meaningful relationships through conversation and engagement to promote mental well-being
    - Providing medication assistance and supporting clients with exercises or activities
