Job Description
The Data Product Owner, Senior Manager will report into the Vice President and play a critical role in analytics across the Planning & Sales team.
They will handle the following:
Develop and implement robust governance frameworks and standards for master data management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging master data to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Establish processes and tools to monitor, assess, and improve the quality of master data, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and anomalies.
Lead efforts to integrate and harmonize master data from disparate sources, ensuring a single source of truth and enabling seamless data exchange across systems and applications.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, analytics, finance, marketing, and operations teams, to understand their data needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
Partner with the data governance team to ensure compliance with the data privacy and data integrity.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience 5+ in a data management role, with a focus on master data management within the CPG industry.
In-depth knowledge of master data domains such as product, customer, vendor, and location data.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience developing data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.Experience working with Jira is a plus.
