Employee (m/f/d) Rental Management with a focus on Debt Management (Real Estate Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Rental Manager, Office Manager, Office Management Specialist or similar) GRWS
  • Housing and Renovation Company of the City of Rosenheim mbH is the largest housing company within the city of Rosenheim.
With over 2,000 own apartments, several parking garages, approximately 100 commercial units and over 500 externally managed units, we are active in a large area of the real estate industry.

We are currently looking for a Real Estate Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Rental Manager, Office Manager, Office Management Specialist or similar to join our team as an employee (m/f/d) in Rental Management with a focus on Debt Management (part-time or full-time) to cover a parental leave - initially limited to 2 years.


Your main responsibilities:
independent management of the debt collection process for GRWS telephone and written communication with our tenants negotiation of installment agreements preparation of terminations creation of debt collection and enforcement orders support in special projects of rental management, such as marketing our apartments, parking spaces and commercial properties participation in digitalization projects (e.g. digital applicant management, tenant app)

Your profile:
completed commercial education, ideally in the real estate sector relevant professional experience in the real estate industry; alternatively, several years of experience in accounting or debt management confident and friendly demeanor, as well as communication and teamwork skills quick comprehension, structured and solution
