Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Provide personalized advice to clients based on their insurance needs.
Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to suit each client's individual requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional products.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
Licensing: Active Insurance License in Texas required. (PERSONAL LINES OR GENERAL LINES P&C)Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.Adaptability: Capacity to work in a face-to-face setting while maintaining professionalism and effectiveness.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, fostering positive interactions.Technology Proficient: Comfortable using various software and tools to enhance productivity.
