Your responsibilities

Active support of the Head of IT Infrastructure, team leaders, and local IT infrastructure group leaders
Assistance in preparing strategic topics
Preparation and creation of presentations, reports, and protocols
Support for workshops and training (including pre- and post-processing)
Coordination of appointments
Active support and organization of project work
Monitoring of KPIs and goals
Liaison with other internal departments (HR, purchasing)
Personnel matters (support for recruiting, onboarding, personnel planning)

Your profile

Successfully completed training, studies with a commercial or IT background, or a comparable education. Ideally with first experience in IT projects
Methodological knowledge in project management
Proficient in MS Office applications
Analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills
Teamwork and organizational skills
High level of initiative and commitment, independent work style, and
