We are currently seeking a PART-TIME HEAD OF SCHOOL CHILD CARE (M/F/D) for our primary school in Neckarbischofsheim, starting as soon as possible.

The position is for 30 hours per week and is permanent.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team leadership for the child care staff during core hours
  • Organization and implementation of school child care
  • Development and implementation of a pedagogical concept for school child care
  • Further development of school child care in accordance with the legal entitlement to all-day care
  • Coordination of staff deployment for child care
  • Cooperation/networking with all individuals involved in school life Additional tasks may arise in the daily school routine

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed training as a state-recognized educator or equivalent pedagogical training
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Confident handling of administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
