- Responsible for maintaining and expanding sales with existing customers in the territory while also identifying new prospects and opportunities.
- Converts prospects into new customers and ensures that sales opportunities contribute to the growth and profitability goals of both the assigned territory and the company.
- Act as a professional and ethical representative of Style Crest at all times.
- Regularly visits current accounts and prospects in person to drive sales and build positive relationships with decision-makers.
- Achieves or surpasses the sales budget and growth targets for the assigned territory by successfully closing sales opportunities.
- Develops a market plan focused on fostering relationships and sales opportunities that align with the products and services offered within the territory.
- Collaborates with GM, RSM, and other team members to support national accounts through sales activities.
- Creates a structured plan for covering the territory efficiently.
- Schedules appointments in advance to optimize time spent with existing customers and new prospects.
- Utilizes CRM to document sales information accurately and promptly.
- Enhances product, industry, and sales process knowledge continuously.
- Provides valuable training to new customers and prospects on the benefits of Style Crest products and services.
- Facilitates new customer onboarding and assists with the understanding of ordering, delivery, and billing procedures.
- Serves as a link between customers and internal departments to address issues promptly.
- Offers feedback and suggestions to management on product enhancements, market conditions, and new business opportunities.
- Participates in sales forecasting and executes action plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Attends events to build relationships and educate prospects on Style Crest offerings.
- Manages expense reporting diligently.
- Actively engages in sales meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional events.
- Demonstrated success in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the Manufactured Housing Industry and selling residential building products is advantageous.
- Quick to grasp a diverse range of product knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Strong sales, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player committed to business success.
- Willingness to travel overnight for in-person account visits.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality.
