Outside Sales Consultant

Office in Lombard, service the surrounding area

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Grow, build and nurture partnerships with our referral partners
- Drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
- 35+ years of experience as a flooring sales specialist for inhome/outside sales
- Hunter and farmer mentality with a drive to succeed
- Ability to independently network and generate leads
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a residential setting
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Highly developed organizational and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting
- Coachable, selfmotivated, and competitive nature
- Comfortable speaking publicly with confidence
- Desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Interest in achieving a sixfigure income with dedication and effort
- Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting customer needs
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Details & Perks:
- $60,000-$75,000 Base + Commission potential = $100,000+
