Job Summary


This position is responsible for a variety of important tasks primarily related to taking care of our service customers as they arrive at our dealership.

It will include greeting customers, tagging their cars and keeping them moving through the line, and directing them to a service advisor for write-up.

It involves moving the customers' cars to designated parking areas in the back of the dealership.

The ideal Service Lane Attendant has an unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, a trustworthy demeanor, and can drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

Duties & Responsibilities:


The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Greet and Assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing
  • Install disposable covers and floor mats in the interior of vehicles to be serviced
  • Assist Service Consultants in the Write Up and Delivery process as needed
  • Assist in answering incoming phone calls
  • Shuttle customers to and/or from their desired locations.
  • Maintain Daily Shuttle log
  • Assist in the Rental/Loaner Department as needed
  • Run miscellaneous errands as needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
