The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Lead who is immersed in the e-commerce community and has a proven track record in identifying strategic growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a bigger picture, team-oriented mentality with creativity and a focus on strategic growth as a key aspect of the role.
The successful candidate will identify and pursue growth opportunities, build relationships with potential partners, and negotiate deals that drive significant growth. The role involves refining the lead tracking process, maintaining and expanding infrastructure, meeting targeted KPIs, and devising innovative ways to acquire and retain leads. Representing Parker at industry events is also a key part of the role. Technical proficiency with spreadsheets is essential as they will be crucial for tracking and analyzing leads and conversion rates.
This is a full-time, remote position based in Los Angeles, CA — requiring flexibility to attend events as needed. This role reports into the Director of Marketing and will be compensated competitively with a salary range of $120,000-$150,000 and start-up equity, evaluated by relevant work experience.
