Your tasks:

  • support of 1st and 2nd level support for customers
  • acceptance, analysis, prioritization and resolution of incoming hardware and software issues as well as documentation in the ticket system (Cherwell)
  • active support of customers in handling IT applications (also remote)
  • installation, configuration and administration of servers and applications
  • fulfillment of managed service contracts
  • ensuring the operation of the deployed IT infrastructure
  • support in process optimization and processing of system adjustments (change management)
  • support in performing administrative tasks (backup, maintenance)
  • support in creating test scenarios and user training
