Your tasks:
- support of 1st and 2nd level support for customers
- acceptance, analysis, prioritization and resolution of incoming hardware and software issues as well as documentation in the ticket system (Cherwell)
- active support of customers in handling IT applications (also remote)
- installation, configuration and administration of servers and applications
- fulfillment of managed service contracts
- ensuring the operation of the deployed IT infrastructure
- support in process optimization and processing of system adjustments (change management)
- support in performing administrative tasks (backup, maintenance)
- support in creating test scenarios and user training
