Birdhouse rentals is a small family business that provides stylish furnished housing to traveling families and professionals in the Newark and Wilimington areas.

We work remotely and on-site at our properties.

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our guests and foster strong working relationships with our vendors and communities.

Overview:


Duties:

• Handle tenant concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants
• Oversee cleaning teams and perform quality control for the properties between tenants
• Maintain accurate records of propertyrelated transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or related field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks

The job will consist of flexible hours, usually 5-7 hours/week. The owners will continue to manage leasing and rent collection.

The Property Manager will be responsible for communicating with tenants once lease is signed, coordinating maintenance/repairs, and overseeing cleaning/staging for the next tenant.
