Pool Company Service ManagerResponsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of pool technicians, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent service to customers.
Service Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate pool service appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
Customer Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels with services provided.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality of pool maintenance and repair work, ensuring that industry standards are met or exceeded.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for pool maintenance and repair tasks.
Budget Oversight:
Assist in the development and management of the department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Responsible for monthly and quarterly department reports.
Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex pool-related issues.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards in all pool service activities.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
Performance Evaluation:
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ability to send estimates, invoice current and new clients, as well as create service contracts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Technical knowledge of Jandy* pool systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in computer software for scheduling and inventory management.
Pay:
From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Day range:
- Weekends as needed
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Poway, CA required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Poway, CA 92064: Relocate before starting work (required)
