Job Summary:


Local Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our co-living properties and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities and services at our properties, with a focus on creating a positive living experience for our residents.


Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Engagement_

  • Carry out operational procedures set by city/regional manager to optimize efficiency and resident wellbeing
  • Promote and protect the Harrington Housing brand
  • Oversees different buildings in requiring mobility, with no permanent office.

Resident Engagement:
_

  • Ensuring that rooms and units are kept in a clean and deficiency free condition, taking steps to rectify if not so.
  • Monitor and enhance resident satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
  • Visiting properties and quality control of the apartments.

3. _
Property Management_

  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
  • Relationships with management, landlords, and partner schools and crisis management.
  • Develop and build positive relationships with residents, tenants, and guests.
  • Communicate with reception services to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation.
  • Get involved in the building and refurbishment of residential accommodation.

Collaboration_

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of company strategies.
  • Effective coordination and good communication with the booking, finance, support and legal departments.
5. _
Compliance and Safety_

  • Inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.
  • Make sure adequate security for the building is provided.
  • Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests, tenants, and residents.
