    Attention Tax Accountants in NJ
    Our Industrial Real Estate Investment client is seeking a Senior Tax Professional to join their large Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 yrs of Tax Experience related to Client Engagements, complex Tax Projections, and REIT compliance. Tax experience within the Hotel / REIT space is key for this role. CPA's are preferred but not required. The client is located near Brick Township, accessible from the Garden State Parkway.     Senior Tax Professional
    Salary: k + bonus
    Location: near Brick, NJ

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage Tax Compliance Process
    • Filling NY Tax Returns and working with external Audits
    • Multi-year Tax Projections
    • Audit Engagements, planning, and walk throughs
    • Tax Accruals
    • Manage Sales & Use Tax, Franchise Tax
    • Prepare W-9s, POA's and other forms for clients
    Required Skillset:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Taxation or Accounting
    • CPAs preferred
    • Tax Experience in the REIT sector, required
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel
    Desired Skills and Experience "TAX"
