- Multi-year Tax Projections
- Audit Engagements, planning, and walk throughs
- Tax Accruals
- Manage Sales & Use Tax, Franchise Tax
- Prepare W-9s, POA's and other forms for clients
- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation or Accounting
- CPAs preferred
- Tax Experience in the REIT sector, required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
