GEOX is an international, publicly traded shoe company headquartered in Italy. The company, known worldwide for its patent "GEOX - the shoe that breathes," represents one of the biggest success stories in recent years. GEOX operates retail stores in almost all major cities in Austria, selling breathable shoes, clothing, and accessories.

To strengthen our store in Munich, we are currently looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (Deputy Store Manager) in full-time, who wants to further develop within the company and bring their passion, energy, and experience to the team.

Your responsibilities:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager
You ensure a smooth sales process
You manage the cash register and inventory system
You ensure an exclusive product presentation and act as a point of contact on the sales floor
You support the Store Manager in employee management and development

Your profile:

Requirements for this position include a completed education in the textile or shoe industry and professional experience in a modern retail chain
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good knowledge of English
High motivation and enthusiasm
