• Capex is a marketing conversion tool for banks, insurance companies, ecommerce and elearning companies. We help websites drive conversion by engaging with their visitors on FB Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.

• Create conversations between a website shopper and a customer service agent for that website
• Reporting to Head of Business Development
• Develop material for the sales and marketing teams
• Generate some graphics for clients which go along with the conversations we engage clients in

• Creative writing background, 26 years
• Proven experience in customer experience (CX) initiatives
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge in Canva or graphic design interfacing
