Residential Project Manger needed for semi full time. Pay as an independent contractor is $250/day to manage up to 5 projects


Responsibilities
*Knowledge of all trades in ground up builds and remodeling *Inspect all Subcontractors/Employees to insure quality workmanship *Coordinate with office on next steps on each project and material take-offs and additional employees needed for jobs *Able to read blueprints *Meet inspector for inspections *Good attitude and easy to talk to.


Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience as a Foreman/Project Manager Transportation to meet on job sites Good communication skills Able to evaluate installers for job sites

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $35.00/hour.
