Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient road operations support and documentation
  • Complete necessary documentation procedures and system entries for shipments
  • Close and archive files accurately and completely
  • Monitor income and expenses, control invoices and CMR documents from suppliers
  • Prepare timely reports for business processes
  • Assist with other operational support and documentation tasks as needed by the Manager
