We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Portfolio Asset Manager to oversee our hotel portfolio operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all hotel departments. To pursue excellent results from your management skill to achieve the best profitability from year to year.

**Responsibilities:**

Manage daily hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest service and maximize profitability from Corporate level.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals

Oversee hotel GM and DOS key staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Maintain high standards of professionalism, code of conduct and overall presentation

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis

Knowledge of risk analysis, asset management, and technical accounting principles

Familiarity with sales strategies and revenue management

Understanding of legal requirements in the hospitality industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150, $200,000.00 per year
