Key Responsibilities:

• Documented and monitor patients' conditions
• Administer injections, treatments, and all procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and postdischarge care
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families
• Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in[NJ
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Compassionate, patientfocused, and detailoriented
