Job Purpose/Summary
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and launch social media campaigns and content strategies for all social media platforms for Celink.
- Research and implement best practices and emerging trends and techniques in digital engagement.
- Create innovative and creative content that will enhance the user experience and drive
- Enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering timely, relevant and personalized communications across all channels.
- Improve and monitor search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company's sites.
- Work collaboratively with IT, Client Services, Operations, and Compliance to ensure proper messaging,
- Monitoring key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and data driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
_ Education_
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
_Experience/Training_
Previous Project Management experience preferred.
_ Professional Certification/License_
N/A
_ Skills and Abilities_
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable steps.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in various digital engagement platforms and marketing automation tools.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with internal and external audiences.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
