    Job Details:

    We are looking for a dynamic Consulting Staff Accountant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage general accounting functions, including payables, receivables, and taxes.
    • Assist in financial audit activities and corporate financial controls.
    • Analyze current practices and propose enhancements.
    • Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy.
    • Supervise general ledger accounting tasks.
    • Develop staff through performance management and training.
    • Work with external auditors for year-end reporting.
    • Create and implement accounting procedures.
    • Provide financial guidance aligned with organizational goals.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
    • Experience with financial auditing and risk management.
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and accounting software.
    • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
    • Proficient in corporate finance processes and regulations.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
    • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
