AI Fire is a leading provider of fire and life safety services in the U.S.We offer national account services via our vendor network at Academy Fire and serve local and regional customers through Impact Fire's employed technicians.
Our hybrid model allows us to simultaneously cater to national, multi-site customers who wish to outsource the vendor management process and support customers who prefer a direct relationship with fire protection professionals.
The Treasury team is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support our operational activities.
This role involves comprehensive management of our corporate card program, reconciling cash accounts, processing electronic transactions, and acting as a liaison between Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and our districts.
This is a highly visible role within the organization and presents an opportunity to gain significant exposure to corporate Finance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You'll work directly with the Senior Treasury Analyst and Treasurer in developing and refining our Treasury policies and procedures, ensuring best practices across the board.
Principal Job ResponsibilitiesEssential responsibilities include:
- Fullscale administration of our corporate card program (Divvy), which includes managing district budgets, issuing, suspending, or closing cards, reconciliations, GL postings, user maintenance, and handling programrelated correspondence.
- Daily/weekly reconciliation of all corporate bank accounts, recording transactions in the GL, and researching discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Assist with executing wire and ACH payments.
- Assist with compiling daily cash reporting and cash flow forecasting data as needed.
- Collaborate on developing, documenting, updating, and implementing Treasury policies and best practice procedures.
- Provide additional support for reporting and analysis as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to manage uncertainty
- Teamoriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships across the organization
- Driven, selfstarter mentality with a passion for excellence
- Proficiency with Excel
- 12 years of experience in a Treasury, Accounting, or Cash Management role
- BA/BS from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a similarly quantitative/analytical field
- Experience working with a corporate card program.
- Experience working with and managing multiple accounts.
