To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a "Working Student (m/f/d) HR" in Montalvin Manor, CA.


Your challenges and tasks:


  • Operational support in the diverse daily business of HR, including tasks related to operational and administrative personnel management such as reporting, data maintenance in HR systems, document creation, research, etc.
  • Familiarization with the organizational structures of the HR department on a global scale
  • Support in the recruitment, care, and development of our employees
  • Participation in the organization and implementation of current HR projects
  • Organization and execution of internal events

Your profile:


  • Ongoing studies in the field of economics, social sciences, business law, business psychology, or similar, with a strong interest in working in the HR department
  • Ideally, first experiences in the field of HR and/or a focus on HR in your studies
  • Expertise: Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • First experience with SAP SuccessFactors desirable
  • Language skills: Native German or C2 level, proficient in English or C1 level
  • Personality: Strong communication skills, service orientation, selfmotivation, as well as independent, structured, and careful work with sensitive, confidential data and topics
  • Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
  • Team player, sociable, and enthusiastic
