Sales Agent will work together with CEO/Founder Nate Johnson in accomplishing that mission and vision.

The 12:45 Team with Keller Williams Realty ranked in the top 150 real estate agents, is a high energy, highly specialized, productivity-driven Real Estate Sales Team.

Our intention is to grow our market share in Virginia, Maryland, and DC each year and use our successes here to expand by using world-class operations, marketing, and lead generation hub to power agents in 12 other market centers by 2027.


The Sales Associate's activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

This job will require mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation ranging from $75K-$150K+.


Over time, as leadership skills are exhibited, the Sales Agent may have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager or Director of Lead Generation or Expansion Partner for the 12:45 Team.

Pay:
$75, $150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
