Come join our team, at Allium Behavioral Services We are a small ABA therapy business providing in-home, community-based, and clinic services to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Because we are a small business, your BCBA (including the owners) are readily available, at least 1 time per week per client. Additionally, the owners are available throughout each week to discuss clients or ABA principles and interventions each week. PTO is offered after 6 months of employment for both full-time and part-time staff members in addition to a paid week off between 12/24 and 1/1 each year.
RBT Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and communitybased environments.
- Implement the individualized treatment plan and any related protocols developed by the BCBA.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide regular written progress updates on treatment goals after each session.
- Participate in any relevant team meetings and trainings.
- Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment.
- Follow all procedures and policies outlined by Allium Behavioral Services, LLC.
- Maintains monthly supervision records as required by the BACB.
- Abide by the RBT Ethics Code
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in Psychology or a related field (Education, Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Health Science, Childcare) or pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- 12 years experience in working with children, working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have valid car insurance
- Must have own reliable transportation
- BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
- 40 hours of RBT competency completed
- Must hold and maintain current RBT certification as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and plans to renew certification.
