    Job DescriptionDescription:

    As a Maintenance Custodian you'll be an essential part of maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our property. Your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks including building upkeep, landscaping, and minor maintenance duties. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to individual productivity while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and site managers. We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive on the challenge of tackling various tasks each day.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

    • Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing furniture and woodwork.
    • Maintain cleanliness by emptying and cleaning waste receptacles and trash barrels, as well as cleaning restrooms and locker rooms.
    • Ensure a clean environment by washing windows, walls, and polishing metalwork.
    • Maintain lighting functionality by replacing light bulbs and tubes.
    • Maintain the exterior appearance by picking up debris from property grounds, walkways, and adjacent areas.
    • Conduct minor maintenance tasks to uphold safety and functionality in assigned areas.
    • Undertake routine ground maintenance duties using both manual and mechanized equipment.
    • Address landscaping needs as directed by supervisors.
    • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Can understand and follow oral and written instructions effectively.
    • The ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in using cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment.
    • Comfortable working in outdoor environments.
    • Able to sustain prolonged periods of standing and walking.
    • Have experience using hand and power tools.
    • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Pay close attention to detail.
    • Hold a valid Driver's License.
