We are seeking a Custodian Maintenance Worker to join our team You will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities:

• Keep facility and grounds clean and in orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors (mopping/vacuuming)
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (Painting, Minor Repairs, etc).
• Organize storage closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Oversee and schedule outside contractors for major repairs
• Perform weekly supply runs for needed materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have a valid Driver's License

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week


Physical setting:

• Office

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

Custodial Experience: 1 year (required)
