We are currently seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives/Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for the inbound customer service department of a leading automotive manufacturer in Midlothian, MD.

Previous experience in multimedia is not required. As the first point of contact, you will provide competent and service-oriented support to customers regarding products and services.

Your responsibilities:

Providing customer advice via phone and email regarding products and services
Ensuring and continuously improving excellent quality and service standards
Willingness to learn and develop through trainings and coaching sessions

Your qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of service orientation
Excellent written and verbal German skills
Professional and friendly demeanor with a meticulous work ethic
Good computer and MS Office skills
