- Partner with Firm Leadership to leverage current client prospects, strategize for upcoming client ventures, and define and advance branch priorities and financial objectives
- In partnership with Regional/Divisional Business Development and Marketing teams - create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm
- Hire and develop staff including developing future leaders of the firm
- Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed
- AND, most uniquely, play an integral role in the evolution of our Mechanicsburg office

- Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals
