As as the Office Leader/Director of Land Development, you will be responsible for leading the growth of this office and success moving forward.

    What Youll Do:

    As our Mechanicsburg Office Leader, you will:

    + Partner with Firm Leadership to leverage current client prospects, strategize for upcoming client ventures, and define and advance branch priorities and financial objectives

    + In partnership with Regional/Divisional Business Development and Marketing teams - create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm

    + Hire and develop staff including developing future leaders of the firm

    + Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed

    + AND, most uniquely, play an integral role in the evolution of our Mechanicsburg office

    What Youll Need:

    + Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field

    + Professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA or PLS)

    + Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service

    + A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams

    + Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals
