    Job Description2nd shift Compounder – Fragrance Manufacturing
    Zing Professional Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent flavor/fragrance manufacturing company in Mount Olive, NJ, is seeking an experienced Compounder to join their teamCompounder Schedule: Monday – Friday – 2nd shift (2pm – 10:30pm)
    Compounder Hourly Rate: $ $30.00/hour Full Time/Direct HireSUMMARY:To create batches by following a formula and weighing exact amounts of different raw materials.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Compound batches of fragrances by weighing raw materials from a formula.
    • Must mix, bring sample to QC and cover batch when complete.
    • Drive forklifts to transfer products.
    • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
    • Keep and maintain a clean workplace.
    • Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001
    • Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows
    COMPETENCIES:
    • Must be able to speak and read English.
    • Some computer skills required
    • Strong attention to detail.
    QUALIFICATIONS:Required:
    • High school diploma/ valid driver's license
    Preferred:
    • Previous compounding experience.
    • Knowledge of Batch Metrics and Oracle.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    • Ability to lift 50 lb. pails
